Prior to Disability Impact Partners Randy was the Executive Vice President – Asia Pacific for the Fossil Group where he was responsible for leading Fossil's commercial distribution businesses in the Asia Pacific region and global supply chain operations. He is also responsible for leading Fossil's global sustainability programs. Prior to joining Fossil, Randy held general management and financial positions at Novartis Consumer Health, Gerber Products Company and Ernst & Young. He serves on multiple corporate and non-profit boards.

Warren is Managing Director of Global Development Incubator in East Asia, where designs, incubates and implements strategies that achieve large-scale social impact. An experienced strategy and management consultant, Warren has worked at Dalberg (Asia), PwC Strategy (Australia), and was the Executive Director of a 170+ employee NGO in Yunnan, China. Warren holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Prior to Disability Impact Partners Jani was the Strategy Director at Exuniq, where he developed China specific marketing strategies for global clients. A serial entrepreneur with several social enterprises under his belt, Jani has 20 years of experience in developing the disability sector as both a funder and an entrepreneur, with a special focus on enabling employment of persons with disabilities.

Kanishka is an experienced and trusted advisor in the international development sector, with 12+ years at a top management consulting firm and as an independent consultant. He has advised global and Indian clients, including corporations, funders, think tanks, NGOs, and governments, in 50+ engagements and 15+ countries. His work has cut across strategy and performance, market assessments, impact measurement, policy and advocacy, and blended finance (including designing funds). Kanishka was an Associate Partner at Dalberg Advisors and holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.

Ken is a manager at GDI East Asia office. Prior to GDI, he was a manager at Imagine, where he provided impact advisory to leading private equity funds. Ken spent 2 years scaling a fintech startup in Indonesia after spending 5 years as a consultant at Mars & Co, Clinton Health Access Initiative and Dalberg. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a mathematics degree from University of Waterloo.

GDI is a global non-profit organization focused on social impact at scale, with offices in Hong Kong, New York, Washington DC, and Nairobi. In China, GDI is helping to build the social sector through strategy consulting, capacity building and incubating collective action initiatives. GDI has long-term partnerships with sector-leading initiatives such as China Effective Philantrophy Multiplier, large grassroots non-profits such as Huiling, and is incubating new initiatives such as the Model District.
