Randy is the Executive Vice President – Asia Pacific for the Fossil Group where he is responsible for leading Fossil's commercial distribution businesses in the Asia Pacific region and global supply chain operations. He is also responsible for leading Fossil's global sustainability programs. Prior to joining Fossil, Randy held general management and financial positions at Novartis Consumer Health, Gerber Products Company and Ernst & Young. He currently sits on the boards of the Fossil Foundation, Helen Keller International and One Sky Foundation.
Strategy consulting, non profit management, impact funds and collective action initiatives
Warren is Managing Director of Global Development Incubator in East Asia, where designs, incubates and implements strategies that achieve large-scale social impact. He is also serving as the Regional Director of Asia for the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (over 70m USD in management), with investments across India, Philippines and Vietnam. An experienced strategy and management consultant, Warren has worked at Dalberg (Asia), PwC Strategy (Australia), and was the Executive Director of a 170+ employee NGO in Yunnan, China. Warren holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
Entrepreneurship, Disabilities programming and funding
Jani is the Strategy Director at Exuniq, where he develops China specific marketing strategies for global clients. A serial entrepreneur with several social enterprises under his belt, Jani has 15 years of experience in developing the disability sector in China as both a funder and an entrepreneur, with a special focus on enabling employment of persons with disabilities. Before Exuniq, Jani spent 3 years as the Director of Strategy and Development for Huiling, China's biggest non-governmental disability service provider.
Katy is Director of Investment at RS Group, a HK-based impact investor. Since 2010, she led the family office’s transition from a traditional investment portfolio to one that is 100% sustainably invested. In this role, she is actively involved in designing impact and climate change strategies and implementation across asset classes (utilizing both investment and philanthropic capital). Formerly an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited, Katy worked as an Associate of the Hong Kong Corporate Finance division.
Xiaolin is a manager at GDI East Asia office. Prior to GDI, she was a global health fellow at Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, leading China malaria strategy and tech-enabled health solutions. She also spent 5 years in the talent program at Orange, a leading French telco company, where she held different positions in R&D, product management and global business development. Xiaolin is Chinese French and fluent in Mandarin, English and French. She holds MBA from INSEAD, M.Eng from Telecom ParisTech and B.Sc from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
GDI is a global non-profit organization focused on social impact at scale, with offices in Hong Kong, New York, Washington DC, and Nairobi. In China, GDI is helping to build the social sector through strategy consulting, capacity building and incubating collective action initiatives. GDI has long-term partnerships with sector-leading initiatives such as China Effective Philantrophy Multiplier, large grassroots non-profits such as Huiling, and is incubating new initiatives such as the Model District.
